Farmer
[Farmer puppet enters from left, tugging at a wagon puppet stuck in mud.]
[Hercules puppet enters from right, walking confidently, arms swinging.]
Farmer: Oh, Hercules! My wagon is stuck and I can’t move it!
Hercules: (puppet flexes “muscles”) Don’t worry! I’ll help you.
[Hercules puppet leans forward and “pushes” the wagon with both hands.]
[Farmer puppet cheers and joins in, pushing together.]
[Wagon puppet slowly moves forward with both puppets straining, then finally pops free.]
Farmer: Wow! Thank you, Hercules! I couldn’t have done it alone.
Hercules: (puppet wipes “brow”) Even the strongest need friends to succeed.
[Both puppets wave to the audience as the wagon puppet rolls safely along.]
Farmer: Even the strongest can achieve more with help from friends.
