Characters:

Stork

[Farmer puppet walks onto screen, carrying a small sack or basket.]

Farmer (cheerfully, moving side to side): What a sunny day! Time to work in the fields.

[Stork puppet flies in, landing gracefully near Farmer puppet.]

Stork (bowing head slightly): Hello, Farmer! May I help you in your field today?

[Farmer puppet smiles and gestures.]

Farmer: Of course, Stork! Friends make work easier.

[Farmer puppet moves forward slowly, Stork puppet mimicking with small hops or wing flaps.]

Farmer: Look at all this work… it will take me a long time alone.

[Stork puppet nods and “pecks” or moves toward the field.]

Stork: I’ll help you, Farmer! Together we can finish quickly!

[Both puppets move across screen, “working” side by side.]

Farmer (proudly, stepping back): See? Friendship makes every task lighter.

[Stork puppet nods, flapping wings happily.]

Stork: Helping each other is the best way to succeed!
