Stag (admiring, flapping ears slightly): Even my legs look strong and long.

Reflection (calmly): Indeed… you are the finest in the forest.
[Stag puppet lifts head higher, showing off antlers more.]
Stag (proudly, moving side to side): No one can match my antlers!
[Reflection puppet mirrors every movement perfectly.]
Reflection (softly): True… none can compare.
[Stag puppet pauses, then leans closer to drink from the pond.]
Stag (happily, bending down): I will admire myself while I drink.
[Stag puppet’s head touches the water; the reflection ripples slightly.]
[Stag steps back, looking thoughtful.]
Stag (quietly, nodding): Vanity can blind even the strongest.
[Stag slowly exits, leaving reflection still in the water.]
Stag: Pride in appearance can hide real danger.
