You may generate a test cases report containing:
All test cases from a specific project
A selection of test cases from one or more project(s)
Test cases associated with a milestone
Test cases associated with a "Tag" custom field
More information can be added to the report :
The test steps
The custom fields associated with the test steps
The requirements linked to the test steps
The number of attachments attached to the test steps
The test steps of the called test cases
The parameters and datasets
The linked requirements
Note : Selecting more that one project (in the drop-down list of projects) is an option which is set under the Squash TM configuration file (squash.tm.cfg.properties). Refer to Chapter 4 of the Installation guide for further details.
Click on [Test cases report (PDF format or Editable format): test cases report]
A foldaway unit "Report criteria" opens in the right section of the screen
Set the scope of the report by either selecting a project in the drop-down box or by clicking on [Change selection] and selecting items in the displayed pop-up window.
Tick/untick the relevant check-boxes for print options
5. Click on [Generate]
6. The test cases report is displayed as illustrated below. You may export the report in .pdf / .html format or PDF format.
If you chose the Editable format, a .docx file will be generated. You'll then be able to mofidy it as you wish. Even if you want to keep it the way Squash generated it, you'll have to generate manually the Content table at the beginning and at the end of the document (clik on the table, and press F9; choose to upgrade the entire table).
