The consultation page displays all attributes of the selected element between the enabled projects in the library tree.
Here is an example of this generic page in the Test Case workspace:
You can learn more about the generic functions here: Informations and Attachments tabs, as well as both buttons [Rename] and [Print]. Each workspace displays specific information in its consultation page but these functions always remain (except [Print] button which is not available on 'Campaign Workspace').
Each item consultation page displays the name, the date of creation and the login of the creator of the item in the head panel. This field is automatically filled in by the system and cannot be edited.
This tab displays all the information about the selected item in the tree structure. Each item has specific toggle panels but they all display the unit "Description". In this tab, the user can consult and modify the item information which is detailed for each workspace here for requirements, here for test cases, and here for executions.
Squash TM enables you to add attachment(s) related to the different following items :
requirements,
test cases,
test steps,
campaigns,
iterations,
test suites,
test executions.
Each consultation page of each workspace (except the report workspace) contains an Attachments tab. They all have the same toolbar with [UploadAttachment], [Rename] and [Remove].
By clicking on the tab, it displays an attachment table in which the user can select an attachment by clicking on its sequence number at the front of the line or remove an attachment by clicking on the [Delete] button at the end of the line.
Click on [UploadAttachment] in the attachment tab toolbar. A pop-up window « Upload new attachments » opens up.
Click on [Choose file]. A file exploration pop-up window opens up.
Select the wanted file and click on [Open]. The exploration pop-up shuts itself. You can add as many attachments as the limit defined in the parameters.
Click on [Upload]. The pop-up window shuts itself. The attachments tab board is refreshed.

The attachment presence is materialized by an exclamation mark in the Attachments tab.
Select the attachment to rename by clicking on its sequence number.
Click on [Rename]. A pop-up window « Rename attachment », in which you can modify the attachment name opens up.
Click on [Confirm]. The pop-up shuts itself. The attachment is displayed under its new name.
Select the attachment(s) to remove by clicking on their sequence number.
Click on [Remove]. A pop-up window « Remove the attachment » asking to confirm the deletion opens up.
Click on [Confirm]. The pop-up shuts itself. The attachment is removed from the attachment board.
Or:
Click on [Delete] (A basket) at the end of the attachment line. A pop-up window « Remove the attachment » asking to confirm the deletion opens up.
Click on [Confirm]. The pop-up shuts itself. The attachment is removed from the attachment board.
Prerequisite: A requirement was already created.
Select the requirement you want to rename. Its name is highlighted.
There exist three ways to rename a requirement:
Using the key [F2],
Via the [Rename item] button in the library toolbar (as seen here),
Via the button [Rename] in the requirement consultation page toolbar.
A pop-up window « Rename item » is displayed, in which you can change the requirement name or cancel the action ([Cancel]).
Click on [Confirm] to valid the editing. The change is displayed in the tree structure, and in the requirement name field.
Since the 1.6.0 version of SQUASH TM was released, you can print a requirement or a test case.
Prerequisite: A requirement was already created.
Select the requirement you want to print. Its name is highlighted.
Click on [Print].
A new tab opens in your browser with requirement's details (html) and a pop-up window is displayed to print to pdf.
