The [Library] tab displays a toolbar, detailed below, and a tree structure.
The tree structure displays all the projects on which the user has a right. By default, the projects are folded. To browse through them:
Click on each [Arrow] beside the item you want to display
Click on the item you want to see in the consultation page. This one will be highlighted.
In the tree structure, it is possible to move an item from one folder to another (or sub-folder to another):
Select an item
Drag it and drop it in the folder you want
The item is placed in the new folder, in the alphabetic and numerical order of the reference and name.
It is possible to change an item inside the same project and inside the same parents folder

To change the order of the items, please remember they are organized in alphabetic and numerical order according to their reference first and their name then. To organize the elements in alphabetic and numerical order, it is sometimes necessary to refresh the page with the keyboard button [F5].
The library displays the following toolbar:
[Create] : this button allows to create item(s) related to the selected workspace (folder in all workspaces, requirement in requirement workspace, test case in test case workspace, campaign, iteration, test suite in campaign workspace).
[Copy] one or more selected item(s),
[Paste] one or more selected item(s),
[Rename] an item,
[Import/Export], available in the workspaces Requirement and Test Case and detailed here for the requirement import, here for the requirement export and here for the test case import,
[Delete] one or more selected item(s).
Non available actions buttons will be shadowed. The availability of the action depends on the user's accreditation and on the selected item.
The folder is a generic element in the tree structure of the three major workspaces of Squash TM, Requirement, Test Case and Campaign.
Prerequisite: To create a folder, you must have first created a project and have gotten the necessary accreditation.
Click on the selected project name in the tree structure. This one will be highlighted.
Click on [Create]. A pop-up window which will enable you to create different elements related to the worskpace opens up. Click on [New folder]:
A pop-up window « Add a folder » opens up. Fill in the fields. « Name » is the only mandatory field.
Click on [Add], the new folder is displayed in the project’s tree structure in the Library:
To create a sub-folder:
Prerequisite: To create a new sub-folder you must have first created a folder (cf the upper steps)
Select the folder. It will be highlighted.
Click on [Create]. A pop-up window which enables you to create different elements related to the workspace opens up. Click on [New folder]:
A pop-up window « Add a folder » opens up. Fill in the fields. « Name » is the only mandatory field.
Click on [Add], the new sub-folder is displayed in the project’s tree structure under the previous branch of the folder.
Prerequisite: A project was created and at least one item is in the tree structure (cf the upper steps)
Select the item. It will be highlighted.
Click on [Delete]. A pop-up window asking to confirm the deletion opens up. Click on [Confirm].
The item was removed from the tree structure.

Please remember that this operation cannot be reverted.

Select an item in the tree structure. It is highlighted
Click on [Rename] in the library toolbar
A pop-up window "Rename Requirement" opens up. Fill in the field.
Click on [Confirm]. The name was changed in the tree structure.
To hide the library, you must click on [<<] , located in the title bar of the consultation page (top left), and then the button [>>] will make it visible again.
