3.2.1 Creating a new template

The project template creation procedure is at follows:

• 1. Click on [Add a template...]

  2. On the drop downmenu, select Create a new template to open a pop-up window "Create a template"

  3. Fill the mandatory field "Name" in

  4. Click on [Add] or [Add another] to create another one in a row

  5. The template is created and is displayed with a specific icon in the projects table

3.2.2 Creating a template from a project

It is also possible to create a project template from an existing project. Here is the procedure:

1. Select a project by clicking on its line number

2. Click on [Add a template...]

3. On the dropdown menu, select From selected project... to open a pop-up window "Create a template from project"

4. Fill the mandatory field "Name" in

5. Select the template parameters to keep

6. Click on [Add] or [Add another] to create another one in a row

7. The template is created and is displayed with a specific icon in the projects table

3.2.3 Turning a project into a template

It is possible to turn a project into a template, but for the procedure to succeed, it is necessary that the project does not contain any data:

1. Click on the name of the project in the project management workspace

2. On the project consultation page, click on [Turn into a template]

3. A pop-up window saying this action cannot be undone shows up. Click on [Confirm]

4. The project is displayed as being a template in the project management workspace
