The vertical navigation bar enables you to navigate through each Squash TM workspace, about which you can further read bellow. The horizontal menu bar enables you to administrate the application settings.
The Navigation bar displays six buttons to reach the Squash TM workspaces. Each workspace is differentiated (in the tree structure and the consultation page) by a specific colour, which enable you to orientate yourself in the application while working:

[Campaign Workspace] is in violet
[Home Workspace] is in grey
[Management/Report Workspace] is in red
[Bugtracker Workspace] is in orange
Within the whole application, each workspace is organized the same way : the library on the left (detailed here), and the work space or consultation page on the right (detailed in part here) and which displays the item you selected in the tree structure.

To read more easily while working, the user can resize the tree structure.

The two spaces are resized as wished.
Please note that this setting is removed when the user changes of workspace.
Each workspace will be detailed in specific chapters.
The Menu bar link [My account] gives access to a page displaying:
A 'Basic information' section with:
User login and name
User email
User group
[Password] button to edit the password
A Clearances 'Section' that displays user permissions for each project.
A 'Sort order for libraries' section which enables users who are accredited with creation/modification to choose the libraries' items of the 3 Workspaces (Requirements workspace, Test Case workspace, Campaign workspace) to appear according to an alphabetical or a positional order.
When the user chooses the positional order, he can put in order the different items displayed in the tree structure with drag and drop.
This order is shared by all users.
A 'Configuration mode of the Bugtrackers' section that enables you to choose the bugtracker connection mode.
Automatic means that the connection to the bugtracker will be automatically made during the execution of each steps
Manual means that the connection to the bugtracker wil be manually made during the execution of each step with the [Activate the bugtracker] button
From, version 1.20, when the credentials of the bugtrackers that are associated with the projects are saved, the user will automatically be connected to the bugtracker from all the application workspaces. The [Test] button allows the credentials to be tested before saving them by clicking on the [Save] button.
A 'Library display mode' section which enables users who are accredited with creation/modification to choose the libraries under 'Milestone mode' or 'Reference mode'.
When the user chooses the 'Milestone mode', he has to pick a milestone. Once it is done, the library only displays objects bound to the selected milestone.
FOCUS
Only milestones associated with projects in which the user has the rights can be selected.
The Menu bar link [Global filter] enables you to select the projects which will be displayed in the tree structure.
1.To select a project, click on the checkbox in front of its name.
2.To launch the filter through the application workspaces, click on the checkbox in front of "global filter", which will be changed into "global filter (enabled)".
3. The Displayed Projects pop-up window opens up. Fill in the field "Search": the projects' list adapts itself as soon as a character is filled in and changes gradually with the filling or correction. Only the projects of which the title contains the fully filled text are displayed. The filter is not case-sensitive.
4.The message "Selected projects might be hidden due to the table filter" is displayed next to the "Search" field when one or several filtered projects non visible remain selected.

5. The message "Filter enabled" appears above the tree structure in each Workspace.
