02 - User Administration

User administration page overview

The user administration is reachable by clicking on [User Management].

It is composed of two tabs:

    • Users

    • Teams

Users tab

The Users tab displays the following information:

  • The button [Back] enables going back to the Administration page.

  • The Users table displays the registered users.

  • The button [Add] enables adding new users.

  • The button [Activate User(s)] enables activating the displayed users

  • The button [Deactivate User(s)] enables deactivating the displayed users

  • The button [Remove] enables removing a selected user - from V1.13 - if the user is online, removing them is forbidden.

  • The test field "Search" allows you to create a filter on the Users table

Teams tab

  • The button [Back] enables turning back to the Administration page.

  • The Teams table displays the registered teams.

  • The button [Add] enables adding new teams.

  • The button [Delete] enables removing a selected team.

  • The button [Remove] enables removing one or several selected team(s)

  • The button [Bin] enables deleting the selected team

  • The test field "Search" enables creating a filter on the Teams table.
