Lists management is available with the button

8.1 General information

The lists page displays the following information :

[Back] enables you to go back to the administration page.

[Add a list] enables you to create new custom lists.

[Delete selected lists] enables you to remove custom lists.

A text box "Search", to filter the rows displayed in the table.

8.2 Setting a custom list

8.2.1 Adding a custom list

To add a custom list to squash TM, follow these instructions :

    1. From the Custom Lists page, click on [Add a list].

    2. A pop-up window opens, you need to fill in at least the compulsory informations : Name, code, new option, code (I18n key).

    3. Click on [OK].

8.2.1.1 Adding an icon when creating custom list

To add an icon to the custom list, follow these instructions:

    1. From the Custom Lists creation pop-up, click on [None].

    2. A pop-up window opens up, you need to select the icon you want and click on [Confirm].

8.2.1.2 Adding a colour when creating custom list

To add a colour to the custom list, follow these instructions:

  1. From the Custom Lists creation pop-up, click on the icon next to "Colour.

  2. A pop-up window opens up, select the colour you want and click on [Edit].


8.2.2 Deleting a custom list

The removal procedure of custom lists can be performed as a unit or in mass :

8.2.2.1 Deleting only one custom list

To delete a custom list, follow these instructions :

    1. Click on [Basket] at the end of the custom list you want to delete.

    2. A pop-up window opens,click on [Confirm], the pop-up window shuts itself, the list is deleted.


FOCUS

If the list is bind with at least one project. The objects will be permanently undone from that list. The default list is activated and the values bind to objects will be reset to the default value 'Undefined'.

8.2.2.2 Deleting several custom list at once

To delete custom lists, follow these instructions :

    1. Select the lists you want to delete and click on [Delete a list(s)]

    2. A pop-up window opens, click on [Confirm], the pop-up window shuts itself, the lists are deleted.

FOCUS

If one of the lists is bind with at least one project. The objects will be permanently undone from that list. The default list is activated and the values bind to objects will be reset to the default value 'Undefined'.

8.2.3 Consulting / Modifying custom lists

Clicking on the name of the list enables you to display the following information :

[Back] enables you to go back to the lists' administration page.

[Rename] enables you to rename the custom list.

[Remove] enables you to remove custom list for good.

8.2.3.1 Renaming custom lists

To rename a custom list, follow these instructions:

    1. Click on [Rename].

    2. A pop-up window opens, enter the new name of the list.

  1. Click on [Rename].

FOCUS

This field is compulsory. You also can rename the list by clicking on its name.

8.2.3.2 Deleting custom lists

To delete a custom list, follow this procedure:

    1. Click on [Delete].

  1. A pop-up window opens, click on [Confirm].

8.2.3.3 Filling or modifying the description

To fill or modify the description of a list, follow these instructions:

    1. Click on the description.

    2. Enter the wanted description.

    3. Click on [Confirm].

This field is optionnal.

8.2.3.4 Modifying the code

To modify the code of a list, follow this procedure:

    1. Click on the code.

    2. Enter the wanted code for the list.

    3. Click on [Confirm].

FOCUS

The code is compulsory and unique throughout the repository.

8.2.3.5 Adding items to the custom list

To add an item to the custom list, follow these instructions:

    1. Click on [+].

    2. A pop-up window opens, you must fill the name, code and icon (this is optional) of the item.

    3. Click on [Add] - from V.1.13 - or on [Add another] to create another item in a row.


8.2.3.6 Modifying items from the custom list

To modify the list items, follow these instructions:

    1. Click on the field you want to change (name, code, icon)

    2. Enter the modifications you want.

    3. Click on [Confirm].


8.2.3.7 Deleting an item from the custom list

To delete an item of the custom list, follow these instructions:

    1. Click on [Basket] at the end of the line of the item.

    2. Enter the modifications you want.

    3. Click on [Confirm].

FOCUS

If the item of the list is bind with at least one project object. The objects will be permanently undonefrom that item. The default value of the selected list will be applied.
