2.02 - Search function

Generic search functions

It is possible to search a requirement, a test case or an execution, corresponding to specific criteria in the three workspaces library: Requirement, Test case and Campaign.

Procedure to research

1. Click on [Search].

2. Complete the fields and check off the wanted options (by default, all options are checked on).

3. Click on [Search]. The records corresponding to the defined criteria will be displayed.

Additional functions

When the results are displayed, the user can open their page or their tree structure, following these steps:

• 1. Click on an item resulting from the search

  2. Its consultation page opens up in the consultation part of the application

  3. You can directly edit the item via the consultation page

  4. Double click on an item resulting of the search

  5. The tree structure is displayed (but folded) and the selected item is highlighted.

Execution item search :

In the Campaign workspace, the [Search] tab enables you to search a certain campaign according to their name.

Furthermore, for a best readability, the results can be grouped by projects.
