It is possible to display a default dashboard or a custom dashboard of selected elements in the library.
The selection can be:
a project
a folder
a multiple selection of requirements and/or folders and/or projects ([Ctrl] + click)
Prerequisite: A project and requirements have already been created.
To display a default dashboard:
In the requirements workspace, select the element(s) in the library (project, folder, multiple selection)
Click on [Default] (if necessary)
Click on [Refresh]
The dashboard appears on the consultation page
The dashboard is divided in 6 parts :
- Orphan requirements: whether or not the requirement is linked to one test case or more
- Status: status of the requirement
- Criticality: criticality of the requirement
- Description: whether there is a description or not
- Coverage: coverage rate by test cases depending on the criticality of the requirement
- TC Validation: validation rate of bound test cases depending on the criticality of the requirement
The number of selected requirements is mentioned at the end of the dashboard.
FOCUS
By clicking on the different chart sections (eg on the "Major" section from"Criticality" chart), it is possible to access a search result page listing in details therequirements contained in this section.
If the requirements with "Obsolete" status appear in the dashboard charts, they are not included in the search results.
A custom dashboard can be displayed instead of the default dashboard. To do so, it needs to be marked as "favourite dashboard" in the Management workspace.
Prerequisite: A dashboard has been created in the Management workspace
To display a favourite dashboard:
In the Management workspace, select the dashboard created
Click on [Favorite] and select the "Requirement" option
In the Requirements workspace, select the element(s) in the library (project, folder, multiple selection)
Click on [Favorite] (if necessary)
Click on [Refresh]

FOCUS
If the displayed custom dashboard contains a chart about test cases, data will be test cases verifying the selected requirements
A dashboard can be generated in 'Milestone mode', whether it is a default or custom dashboard. It includes all the features of the previous dashboard with the exception that in milestone mode, only requirements bound to the selected milestone will appear in the dashboard.
Prerequisite: Milestones must be 'Active', and the 'Milestone mode' must have been ticked in the library (2.01 - Library functions)
To display a dashboard in 'Milestone mode':
In the Requirements workspace, click on [Milestone : XXX] above the library toolbar
Click on [Default] or [Favorite] depending on the dashboard to display
Click on [Refresh]
The dashboard appears on the consultation page
