Emus are the greatest animals in existence. No other animal comes close to the amount of prestige and military might than these magnificent birds. They are not only the second tallest bird in the world, but also the fourth heaviest (132 pounds). Emus have stunning shaggy brown plumage with gorgeous long legs that carry them at speeds up to forty miles per hour. Their average IQ reaches those of humans, and they regularly unleash their long-legged brand of chaos on bars. No other bird has the destructive and mental capability as an emu.

Low maintenance is the best way to describe emus. These birds are omnivores and are willing to eat anything from grass to French toast. Not only is feeding emus the easiest thing in the world, but they can also provide support to your mental health. Reaching an impressive six foot height average, these birds can take the place of a boyfriend or a pillow to cry on! Being incredibly intelligent and curious birds, they will understand all of your struggles and help you through any and all issues.

Not only are emus incredible companions, but they also have amazing military capabilities. As General Meredith of the Australian army put it, “If we had a military division with the bullet-carrying capacity of these birds, it would face any army in the world.” No other animal in history has been in a war, and certainly no other animal has won. These stunning birds bested the full force of the Australian Army (in multiple battles) and are overall just incredible creatures. No other animal comes close to the amount of majesty emus possess, and they should be known as far more than “overgrown chickens”.
