I'm writing about Sexual harassment at Waynesboro High School. Me and another person that goes to Waynesboro high school set up fliers all around the school for people to take a survey. From one of the response we got back 52.4% has been sexually harassed and 47.6% has not been harassed and from another respnse we got back 66.7% of the school knows someone that has been harassed and 33.3% doesnt know anyone that has been. Another response we got back was 85.7% of the students that go to Waynesboro High School think that the school needs to tak more about sexual harassment and 14.3% thinks that we do not need to talk about it and 61.9% dont feel safe from sexual harassment and 38.1% feels like they are safe from it. Some the students that took the article said “Students need to understand that even “jokes” can be considered harassment” another student said that “I honestly feel like the should definitely be talked about more just because so many people have gone through this and people should be able to access someone if they are having problems with this”.

From the results I got back from the survey. I personally think that we need to focus more on sexual harassment as a whole school and other places. I also think we need to come together and find more resources for our students and stay that need someone to talk about this stuff about. Another thing I think that needs to be done is the students or whoever is doing needs to have some kind of responsibility for what they are doing or did.
