Avro Triplane IV

The Avro Triplane (also known as a Roe Triplane) first flew in September 1910 and was originally used as a trainer.

G-ARSG is a replica Triplane that was built for the 1965 film 'Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines'. It was acquired by the Shuttleworth Collection in 1966 based at Old Warden, Bedfordshire where you can see it flying at evening displays if weather conditions are suitable.
