Wings and Pixels

The Sopwith Triplane was a single-seat fighter which first flew in May 1916. 

It was first used by the Royal Naval Air Service (RNAS) in 1917.

G-BOCK is a reproduction aircraft built by the Northern Aircraft Workshops adn in 1990 it joined the Shuttleworth Collection based at Old Warden, Bedfordshire

It is shown here wearing the markings of N6290 'Dixie II', of 8 Naval Air Squadron, RNAS.
