The P-51 Mustang first flew in October 1940 and is the most famous US fighter aircraft of WW2.
N6328T was originally manufactured in 1944 as 44-73254 and was shipped to Britain.
In 1947 it was sold to the Royal Canadian Air Force as RCAF 9571.
In 1957 it was bought by a private collector in the USA and registered it as N6328T as a civil airplane in the US. After some ownership changes, N6328T crashed in May 1963 and was rebuilt in 1978.
In 2013 N6328T was shipped to its new owners in Germany and flew again later that year as 'Louisiana Kid'.
N6328T wears the markings of 44-73254/B7-R 'Louisiana Kid'of the 374th Fighter Squadron, 361st Fighter Group, 8th Air Force.
