Masters of enterprise, of Iwagakure’s clans, the yoimura are perhaps the most well-known throughout the five nations.
During the in-between of the WARRING STATES PERIOD and THE FIRST GREAT WAR, Iwagakure found themselves in a precarious position. While they had easier access than most to resources for trade and development, the time required to move these goods around could not keep up. The Kamizuru were required to help keep the peace The Onoki were the ones in charge of governing and mining. With very few options, A MYSTERIOUS CLAN would present themselves.
NO ONE IS EXACTLY SURE where the Yoimura came from. Some believe Kumogakure, others Kirigakure, some even claim they were allies of the old Uzumaki. Nevertheless, they offered their services in exchange for A GREAT STANDING WITHIN IWAGAKURE. The first Tsuchikage was hesitant to accept the deal, but ultimately accepted; THIS WOULD LAUNCH IWAGAKURE INTO BECOMING A WEALTHY SUPERPOWER. With their DOJUTSU’S ABILITY to shrink and expand objects at will, they became ESSENTIAL for importing and exporting goods en masse, making it HIGHLY FRUITFUL for even other nations to employ members of their clan.
Because of their international relevance, many Yoimura are EXTREMELY PRIDEFUL. While not all of them are involved in the transportation and shipment of goods, an ABOVE AVERAGE KNOWLEDGE OF MATHEMATICS is often expected of their kin.
WHILE DORMANT, their pupils take on a plus, minus, or multiplication symbol. WHILE ACTIVE, this symbol will multiply, either engulfing the eye entirely or forming specific, circular shapes.
KKG: Kokugan. This takes the user’s B Rank KKG Slot.
IN COMBAT
The user gains the ability to shrink and expand objects at will, either as an action or a reaction [buffs/debuffs enabled count as part of the SPECIAL tree]. Objects can be manipulated between the following sizes:
Tiny [Insects, pebbles]
Small [Shuriken, small scrolls]
Medium [Large scrolls, swords]
Large [Roughly the same as a person]
Huge [1-2 story building]
For every stage increase, the object gains +10 POW and loses -10 AGL.
For every stage decrease, the object loses -10 POW and gains +10 AGL.
The Kokugan costs 20 CE to activate and to maintain per turn.
Attempting to increase/decrease an object by 2 stages increases the CE activation and maintenance cost by 10 CE, with every subsequent stage increase adding another 10 CE.
The user can manipulate any object as long as it’s in their line of sight.
OUT OF COMBAT
The user may passively use their Dojutsu on their inventory, doubling their carrying capacity.
