The Dragon sages, to this day, still detest the Jugo clan. They are prohibited from ever learning or practicing formal Senjutsu, even if their ‘curse’ would make them the best users of it history has ever seen.
Legend says the dragon sage exiled a former student from their teachings. A Shinobi who went on to have children and pass down what little he learned from the Dragons.
An oath is to be sworn by users of Sage Mode, vowing that they are never to teach another party the principles of nature energy. An oath that this Shinobi broke. As such, the Dragon Sages cursed his bloodline. The very same bloodline ended up becoming the Jugo clan in modern day.
The Jugo clan have access to Senjutsu.
However, their access is imperfect. Drawing in too much Senjutsu at once, their body begins to transform into something unruly. A beast, even. Jugo clan members passively absorb Nature energy and can never stop.
They are fitted with Fuinjutsu seals from birth which expel Nature Energy to control their bodies. Though it isn’t foolproof. Going into combat, they deactivate the seal - Their body morphs as Senjutsu takes over and they go berserk.
The Jugo clan are quite dangerous. The five villages forbid them from uniting and keep a close watch over them within their villages.
You are feared no matter where you go.
SENJUTSU RELEASE
Per stage, add + 5 POW, + 5 AGL to all attacks ( up to 4 stages ) with Stage 4 having +30 POW, + 30 AGL. Fills out a SPECIAL Tree. This does not cost chakra.
However, as time goes on, your sanity reduces as your body transforms.
STAGE 1: Your head starts to go blurry as black marks envelope your face.
STAGE 2: Rage begins to stir within. Your limbs begin to grow larger.
STAGE 3: You begin to thirst for violence but can still hang on, if even barely. 1d6. If you land a 1-2, a random attack will head towards those you may deem an ally.
STAGE 4: You have gone completely berserk. You will stay like this for 4 turns or until you’re knocked out. You can’t discern friend or foe.
You can stay in each stage for up to 2 turns before forcibly progressing to the next.

Cellular Regeneration Absorption - 3 Nin, 2 Med, Stage 1 Active, Out of Combat | Converts half of a completely restrained/incapacitated foe’s injury value into healing for yourself. (i.e Target has a T2, you can heal a T1) (T3 Max)
Jet Jump Booster - 2 Nin, Stage 2 Active, +20 Extra Chakra Cost | +15 AGL
Piston Fist - 2 Tai, Stage 1 Active | +5 POW
