The Kiru are not strictly a Shinobi clan. Moreso, a large family by which they find success in various facets of the world. This reputation precedes them, as some local competitions might ban the Kiru clan from participating due to their unnatural advantage. The clan formerly was based on Nagi Island —but their compound was destroyed by The Kaguya. This thorough destruction included their written records, meaning tracing back their exact history is difficult and uncertain.

Kirigakure offered the remnants of the attack asylum, which they as a collective accepted.

This clan being accepted into Kirigakure went against the country's own foreign policy; it’s very likely the Kiru were brought in so they wouldn’t seek refuge in Konoha. Because of this, the perception of the clan is somewhat divided.

Generally, the people still consider them to be outsiders. Because of this, some places might deny you service. Strangers may give you the odd look but not say much past that. Regardless, a member will likely always feel out of place.

The redirect effect can be done once per 10 SOL a turn. ( i.e. 60 SOL would allow 6 redirects in a turn. )
