The Nara have a terrible habit for smoking amongst their people. A lot of parents turn a blind eye to their kids smoking, leading to a shared bad habit.
The Uchiha clan were one of the first, if not the co-founders, of Konohagakure. With the Senju, they put an end to the Warring States period despite their rocky history.
However, many of the clans under Konoha didn’t favour the Uchiha. They showed animosity to the people since day one due to their actions during the Warring States. They worked more on the back-end of Konoha, from military to police force, not being even a fraction as charismatic as the Senju.
An election was held for the second Hokage, an Uchiha who was far more qualified than any other candidates was running for the position. In spite of the Uchiha and their capabilities, Konoha voted for a Sarutobi as their second Kage. The candidates’ name was Yusuke Uchiha.
As a result of this, the Uchiha actively abstained from the first Ninja war. They have been heavily reprimanded and pushed into their own compound, reputation stained even further.
Yusuke Uchiha was very charismatic in the eyes of his clan. Behind closed doors, he stirred the pot that began the First Great Ninja War in an attempt to get himself elected as the Hokage on the basis that military might was necessary for the upcoming war. After failing the election, he was the one to give the Uchiha, who were already upset with the village, the final push to abstain, even if it cost their reputation. He is possibly one of the pettiest figures in Shinobi history.
Uchiha are a very skilled and powerful clan. Only the Senju currently hold a candle to their might and prowess. Their absence from the First Great Ninja War was why Kumogakure was absolutely necessary to defeat Kirigakure.
The people of Konoha often shun and discriminate against the Uchiha, the clan secluded to their own dedicated compound / section in the village.
The general Uchiha body are loyal to Konoha, despite its flaws, and are good people at heart. Bad actors like Yusuke have further driven them into the ground.
A stranger will actively avoid talking to you, send you dirty looks and sometimes even refuse service within stores. Their rebellion in the form of abstinence added fuel to the fire.
A war that you weren’t even born to see plagues every step of your life.

Uchiha receive the Sharingan as their Clan Kekkei Genkai.
It can be unlocked at any stage, however, the Uchiha is locked out of their B rank Kekkei Genkai slot.
The Sharingan is locked behind writing merit. Scenes which induce emotional or physical trauma on the Uchiha serve as opportune moments to unlock the Sharingan. These scenes must have ample effort and build-up put into them to add weight to the Sharingan attempt.
The Sharingan evolves three times. First tomoe, unlock. Second and third, before then hitting the Mangekyou Sharingan.
Most Uchiha will focus on the Sharingan progression path as their lore reward. The Mangekyou paves way for the Susanoo and Mangekyou abilities, albeit on a timer.
1-3 TOMOE CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN THE ELEMENTAL OR SPECIAL TREE
The first Tomoe Sharingan grants the user supernatural reaction speeds, adding + 5 AGL to dodge attempts, alongside the ability to copy Jutsu.
( 10 cost a turn.)
+5 SOL to Genjutsu and sensory checks and +5 AGL. The user can now cast Genjutsu through the sharingan in return for the 0 handseal rules.
( 15 cost a turn. )
The third tomoe has +10 AGL and +5 SOL to Genjutsu.
( 25 cost a turn. )
All levels grant the supernatural reaction speeds, enhanced sight, etc.
COPYING JUTSU:
- The user must meet all the specified requirements of the Jutsu. ( Skills, having the necessary elements and body features. )
- The copied Jutsu only lasts for that scene.
- The user can copy a Jutsu after seeing it once.
- The user can choose to keep a copied Jutsu after a scene ends as long as they have the necessary slots and it is NOT a hidden.
