(but not successfully)
The Paul 2 figure was the previous default male figure for earlier versions of Poser software. I wanted a more anime-style version of him, and did not find any suitable third-party characters, so I decided to use the Poser morph brush to create my own version. I also had to create my own Non-Photorealism shaders.
I did manage to come up with some renders, but I cannot say that he is an inspiring figue to use for anime-style renders.
I used Kawecki's Strap Maker software to generate ribbons around the figure, and then created my own textures and shaders for the ribbons.
I created the clothing and sandals for the figure using Shade3D.
I created the clothing for the figure using Shade3D.
For more background on my project to anime-ised Paul 2, see my notes here
Do you know who this is ?
I used 3rd-party clothing and accessories for him.
I titled this piece Morning Meeting.
I am using 3rd-party backgrounds.
Usually, in anime of summertime activities, there is the Smash The Watermelon game.
I did use reference photos to guide my morph brush contouring. Here is what I came up with for the features.
Just an assortment of my renders of the Paul 2 figure.
I created the clothes and sandals in Shade3D.
I am using a 3rd-party shirt on the Asian version of the Paul 2 figure.
I made up a surreal scene with third-party content and the Asian Paul 2 figure. I created his clothes using Shade3D.
Using different render styles for African Paul 2 figure. Top Left is with Geometric Toon Line and Comic Book Black and White setting. Right is with Geometric Toon Line and Comic Book Colour setting. Bottom Left is regular 3D photorealistic render using default skin shaders.
I added custom tattoos to the African Paul 2 figure. (background is 3rd party). Tattoos created using Clip Studio Paint EX and Assets, incorporated into shader for the face. Hair is 3rd-party.

Visual Kei was (is ?) a Japanese style of rock music which was emotional, sometimes aggressive, sometimes dark, and must have band members wearing extravagant, even outrageous costumes, makeup and hairstyles. As the years have rolled by since the heyday of that genre, the fans and musicians have aged as well. I made a series of Poser renders featuring an older man ( respectfully addressed as Oji-san in Japan ) participating in a summertime karaoke contest at a beach event. Clothes and sandals created by me. Hair is 3rd-party.
This was rendered at very low resolution.
I did a 3-figure dance animation using Poser Pro 11. I used 3 of the Poser Lo Res Woman, and applied 3 different BVH dance motions from perfume Global website. I rendered the video and uploaded to YouTube, and added one fo the official YouTube music tracks without advertising, and of approximately similar duration to my video. https://youtu.be/eeshj3wy0-g
Ikemen is modern Japanese slang for cool guy. I tried to change the ugly Poser Low Resolution Male figure into a little bit of an Ikemen. I used Poser Morph Brush. I also modelled clothing and hair for him, using Shade3D. I used celshaders for the scene and rendered in Poser software.
LEFT and Right: Yes, he looks ... dorky. This is his default look.
LEFT AND BELOW: After I had used morph brush on his head.
RIGHT: default face.
(I am using a 3rd-party hair for this set of renders)
Left and Right: I improved his face future, and used my own hair geometry.
Below: I improved his features future, adjusted the celshaders, and changed the hair to a 3rd-party asset.
I decided to use geometry subdivision on him inside Poser.
With 2nd-level subdivision of figure mesh.
With 1st-level subdivision of figure mesh.

BELOW: I modelled some clothes and footwear for him.
(The couch is 3rd-party asset. I think the hair is too - cannot recall. All shaders are by me). I am using a 3rd-party pose.
