Going a couple of decades back or more, I have variously dabbled in 2D CG. I will document in this part of my website, for archival purposes, some of my images which I feel may have been a personal learning event.
I crack lame jokes so my career as a gag manga-ka never took off ha ha ha
I used a Wacom Intuos first time
I'n not very good at this 2D digital sketching gig.
I used an XP-Pen device to create this in GIMP (2016)
I was preparing some notes for my Jazz Music lesson (I am the student !), and I needed a keyboard graphic to work out the relationship of scales. I used a 3D keyboard asset inside Poser and rendered from the Top Camera view. I imported the rendered image into ComiPo! software and... Ta-daa...
Back in the day, Poser software did not have the B&W Comic Book function, so I used ComiPo! to created the manga style.
I made a digital art piece inspired by ... yes, jazz clubs.
THe software to generate anime-style characters in 2D may be fond here
