Done using Daz Studio and Daz3D figures, during the past week leading up to 29 June 2021.
At the moment, I am a bit inspired by manhua, manhwa and donghua characters, so the usual stereotypes and tropes may seem obvious. There is no postwork in any of my renders.
The emo boy cosplayer is just an emo thing - heh heh. The East Asian baby boy is my own customisation; Daz3D provides only White and African baby characters. The young girl was used in two renders, the better one of which I am showing - I was demonstrating the difference between using high and low quality 360 HDRIs. The sci-fi girl was just me trying spectral render settings: there are two optiosn, Faithful and Natural; this one is the former setting. I named the image of the cute dancing baby girl Pacific Baby, and I just wanted to make a render of her, no other reason. The grey-haired senior lady is my statement to all the senior East Asian ladies out there that wearing your hair in natural grey is perfectly fine and can be glamorous. Finally, the East Asian tuxedo guy is actually my quirk for Manhua and Donghua inspired male characters.
All scenes composed by me and rendered in Daz Studio using iRay render engine. THERE IS NO POST-WORK.

Hey ! The sales invoice shows they charged me 7 % VAT for my own country. What is this. But it is true that internet purchases are taxed in my country.
Anyway, I found a lot of cool ancient China characters and clothing at CGTrader. There was a sale going on so the prices were 20 % off.
An internet friend mentioned that the models *look* like game rips, but hey, until that is proven, I will use them for my art projects anyway. I had to do a lot more work with each base figure. There is no rigging ! Only the FBX will import into Poser 12 software. Nothing imports into Daz Studio until it has been processed by Poser first, and only if it is an OBJ. I had to convert the TGA textures into JPG format, then modify the eye texture to make it more East Asian in colour. I also had to manually create the PBR shaders for all the geometries. In the end, I have a base figure which I think I can try rigging.
Here is the result of my shader work in Poser 12 for one of the figrues I purchased.
I have to point out that CGTrader is a Lithuania-based company and they charged me a VAT of 7 per cent on my purchase, with my Non-EU domicile clearly stated next to the VAT amount. Probably my last time doing business with them.

Just a young sweet couple composed and rendered in Daz Studio by me. I am using third-party assets and an HDRI from HDRIHaven.
Sometimes, your good friend may think you should not be drinking so early in the day.
Image composed and rendered by me using Daz Studio and 3rd-party 3D assets.
Customisation of render settings by me.
A technical note: I composed one scene with just one figure, then merged it with the other composed scene with the other figure. This way, I can manage each individual figure's settings and its respective clothes and hair settings, without running into lack of computational memory.

I used 3rd-party 3D assets and composed this scene in Daz Studio.
It's kind of a conundrum or puzzle. What is it telling you? -
You're a junior high schooler meeting your friend's parents for the first time ?
The "Young Master" of a wealthy China household is introducing his mistress to the family, because he is fed-up with the arranged business-alliance marriage ?
He's an inventor who is eager to show his wife his latest invention which has all the neighbours gawking and staring ?
What other scenarios come to mind with this image ? Thanks for looking.
I used 3rd-party morphs and mixed them to different degrees to obtain the features in these custom male characters. My objective is to reate K-Pop idol looks. Software is of course Daz Studio.

I modelled the parts using Shade3D and then rigged, posed and rendered the image in Poser 12. I used 3rd-party water objects and shaders.
You may see my screen captures of my WIP for my Olympic Pictograph Person here: https://sites.google.com/view/grumpyoldfartssite/my-3d-modelling-projects/my-3d-modelling-projects-6#h.siye6nhqqltj This is a 3D CG fan art project.

10 years ago made the members of a 3D CG Visual Kei rock bad using mainly the Daz3D Michael 4 character and 3rd-party assets. Now I create a 3D CG Boy Band using the Daz3D Genesis 8 Male with some original assets I modelled in Shade3D.
The guys are multi-talented and play several instruments each. Of course they can rap and sing, dance and act as well as host mega events.

I bought Tweety's LPG figure and office attire for Poser software. I used the Singapore colours for this render. Scene composed and rendered by me.

I used the software to paint a very rough sketch and the Artificial Intelligence completed the rest of the image for me. Unfortunately, nVidia Canvas only outputs a limited size and low-quality images. I would prefer it if they would allow use to produce equirectangular unclipped HDRI.

I assembled and arranged this scene featuring an Erhu musician. (Erhu is a traditional Chinese instrument). He is not playing, but is listening to a piece and thinking about how he will interprete his part. The earring on his left ear is my original modelling work using Shade3D, but because of my focus and camera settings, it is not so easily observed. I am using the Genesis 8 Male from Daz3D, with my custom mix of 3rd-party morphs. Other assets are also 3rd-party.
Well here's the wire view...
I tried creating custom characters using the range of Daz3D figures: Genesis, Genesis 2 male, Genesis 3 male, and Genesis 8 male. I modelled the headsets and earrings using Shade3D. The rest of the scene assets are 3rd-party. I assembled the scenes, and used my own camera and render settings. None of my custom characters are intended to resemble any real world person.
The following are using the Genesis figure. The content was all very old and I had to do quite a bit of shader updating.
The following are Genesis 2 male. I did not have much content for them, so it was a bit challenging. I also had to do quite a bit of shader updates because some of the content was quite old.
The following is Genesis 3 Male. I did not have much content for this figure, so it was a bit challenging. I had to update some of the asset shaders.
The following are Genesis 8 male.
Custom face by me. I used 3rd-party morphs and MF UV swap.
I did not think these were that great, but I am adding them here for the record:-
Here is the girl idol collection. I tried to do animation but I am sorry to say that Daz Studio is not efficient for producing animations. I wasted 4+ hours on a very small animation and it was useless. Perhaps iClone or even Blender3D would be better to to think about porting over all the shaders and lighting and camera angles - I feel like fainting already, just thinking about it. I am suing my headsets which I modelled in Shade3D. The rest of the scene assets are 3rd-party. Scene assembly, camera and render settings are my own.
Whoops I forget to include these young ladies !
