Water is an aqueous, humid humour. It can dissolve any salt in itself, as well as many woods and even other humours.
A list of non-salt elements water can make solutes with:
vanilla
cinnamon
coffee
tea
somnifer
gene
milk
A few others are partially soluble in water.
oxygen
azote
pepper
peppermint
Water is also able to, of course, solute in philosopher's humour.
