Ametism is the most widespread religion in the surface, caves or seas. It is based around the belief in the Ametum, a pantheon of deities associated with cleanliness, purification, neatness and glory.
The Ametum is a large pantheon and also the first of its kind, of demigods. The founder of the Ametum is Baci, a vulture Harpy woman. All members have a similar halo. Here is a list of the revered apotheoi of this religion and their domains:
Baci defends people from filth, disease, miasmas, and pollution; she uses silver and alcohol to purify, and can transport silver salts through her follower's spirits.
Olus was second to join, and he takes part in helping Baci, essentially the Ametum's bureaucrat, though he is popular among followers for his power to turn water into wine.
Lima Lima is responsible for coordinating the army of Fairies under the pantheon's rule; she influences the climate around those who pray to her, often to Maja Maja's dismay; Lima Lima also tends to the Ametum's vineyards.
