Portals are a kind of magical artifact that allows for fast transportation. Essentially, once a pair of portals is connected, they become instantaneous passageways for any kind of matter, energy or soul. The recipe for creating a portal pair is as follows:
Synthesize sufficient portal mix, which consists of a 94% silver, 5% azote, 1% plasma bind, which is also an assemble with multiple baccal azote-iridium bits and many mollar and cymballic membrane bits.
Forge a pair of flat, equally sized discs or other 2D shaped plates (they must be at least 99,6% identical) out of the portal mix.
The plates must be thoroughly brushed to become perfectly smooth and reflective mirrors.
Both plates must be simultaneously (within 8 milliseconds at most) subjected to a specific spell, asking them to become portals.
If all steps are followed successfully, the plates will become mirrors, and entering one will lead into coming out through the other. It is even possible to stand in the middle of the portal.
Monsters cannot trespass portals due to the silver in them. Aluminum alternatives are much more expensive but will work.
