A large, warlike and forested nation.
Crestoria covers much of the Zia Jungle, but also the Deinocheirus Swamps. It has full power over the Igapó River basin, on which the Mobile City floats. Its terrain is mostly shallow valleys, with no mountains or depressions.
There is a strong investment from the capital into building bridges, which allows for ease of travel across the rivers.
Its population consists mostly of Zoans, 98% of it. Of these, 9% are spotted salamanders, 8% iguanas, 8% macaws, 7% tapejaras, 7% tegus, 6% ocelots, 5% green treefrogs, 5% catfish, 4% irritator, 4% piranha. Of the 2 non-Zoan %, 85% are Fairies, the remaining are mostly Spindlegs.
Most of this diverse country follow different forms of animism. Common to many villages and to the capital, however, is Bleridiism.
The vast majority of the country is rural and many of its settlements are only temporary.
The villages are independent enough to create a rich and hard-to-generalize culture. However, some frequent elements are ideas of honor and a love for martial arts. The country's alchemical industry is also relevant, thanks to the diversity of plants.
One of the nation's signature foods is chocolate, eaten black or milky, with spices or with nuts, solid or liquid, and so on and so on. It is worth noting that cocoa is toxic to many Zoans (as well as other peoples) due to theobromine, specially to carnivores.
Each village's politics follows its own rules, though there is a trend towards competitive rituals. The country as a whole is governed by a president, which is elected or reelected every year. A president can take at most 12 turns in a row. The president has executive and judicial power, but not legislative power; this is left to regional leaders.
