A Zoan with mottled black and white skin and blue eyes. She is often riding a great black pegasus (a chimaera) and carrying a scale. Her scale is magical and can be used by her to cast spells. Her specialty is creating ice and stealing energy from enemies. She has a dark, wine-colored halo in the shape of an upside down Y.
She was granted demigodhood by Death, after being spared when she died due to being a wendigo. She wasn't really cured, and still suffers from an insatiable hunger. She desires to consume all of the world's resources. She acts mainly by freezing crops and farmland starting with Crestoria's forests. Her illness makes her strategies very reckless.
