Suraj’s commitment to understanding the full spectrum of a learner’s journey led him to transition from K-12 education at Teach For India to higher education policy at O.P. Jindal Global University. During his Fellowship, he spearheaded teacher training programs to enhance classroom experiences, creating a robust support system for both teachers and students. This work deepened his understanding of the impact of foundational learning on students' lifelong academic and personal growth.
