When Aishwarya first set foot in the classroom, she decided to dedicate herself wholly to her students. She chose to stay in the classroom year after year, forgoing promotions to focus on her students, especially those with learning difficulties. Her first encounter with a dyslexic student opened her eyes to the importance of tailored, patient support, a lesson that would shape her career. This unwavering commitment allowed her to help students overcome challenges they never thought they could, fostering a love of learning that went beyond any syllabus.
Many of Aishwarya’s former students have gone on to achieve impressive milestones—some even becoming change agents in their communities. She credits their success to a collective effort, but she takes pride in knowing that her foundation of care and empathy played a part. Today, Aishwarya shares her knowledge with other educators by creating resources, writing about inclusive practices, and presenting her insights at conferences, ensuring that her love for teaching touches lives far beyond her own classroom.
