Aditya’s commitment to his students didn’t end in the classroom. He led a project called *Rachnakar*, which guided students from the Avasara Academy in taking on real community projects. Through this initiative, students learned leadership skills while impacting the lives of over 150 younger children. Watching them transform into responsible young leaders filled Aditya with joy, as he saw them grow not just academically, but as compassionate, driven individuals.

Today, Aditya continues to innovate in education. His latest project, *The Play Edge*, aims to bring the joy of structured and unstructured play into learning spaces, helping students connect deeply with what they’re studying. His dream is to create a community where educators can collaborate on playful, impactful teaching methods that spark both academic curiosity and personal growth in every child.
