Aman had initially planned to leave after teaching 9th grade, but his students’ eagerness to learn convinced him to stay another year, even delaying his startup plans. Teaching robotics to them became a passion project, and he watched with pride as his students thrived in the subject. They even competed in an international robotics competition, a testament to the bond he had built with them.
Through collaborative projects, Aman and his class captured the stories of street vendors, publishing 40 stories that won both community admiration and a generous donation from a supporter abroad. This funding allowed them to aid the vendors they wrote about, making a real-world impact. Aman’s experience inspired him to advocate for ambitious, project-based learning, sharing his journey with fellow educators as a blueprint for transformative teaching.
