Dakshesh’s journey with Ashish, a student who struggled with basic math operations, was one of patience and resilience. Rather than giving up, Dakshesh worked tirelessly to build Ashish’s confidence through remedial classes, using humor and encouragement to motivate him. Over time, Ashish not only mastered the fundamentals but also excelled in his exams, a victory that underscored the power of personalized support and patience in transforming student outcomes.

Dakshesh’s commitment to his students extended beyond Ashish. He worked with another student, Ashish Kishore Tayde, to help him secure a spot at Don Bosco, a prestigious school, and even facilitated his entrance into a competitive medical coaching program. Dakshesh’s belief in consistency and “doing the basics right” became his classroom philosophy, which he shared with other fellows city-wide. His dedication to teaching mathematics not only empowered his students but also left a lasting impact on his teaching community.
