For Aarshiya, teaching was not just a job but a calling to lead with love in every interaction. She knew that achieving academic success in her classroom first required building strong, trusting relationships with her students and their families. This “Connect, then correct” approach led her to establish a community center at Lohiyanagar that now runs independently, thanks to the tight-knit bonds she and her team fostered with parents and local residents. To this day, the community rallies around her center to solve any challenges together—a testament to the strength of love and connection.

One of her former students, Bina, once a quiet girl, has blossomed into a leader and mentor for other children, proving that the relationships Aarshiya built had a lasting impact. Similarly, other alumni now work alongside Aarshiya, giving back to their community by bridging academic gaps for younger children. Her journey, from creating a hands-on curriculum to empowering students to find their own paths, is a testament to the lifelong power of leading with an open heart.
