Prashant’s Fellowship was marked by his dedication to his students’ wellbeing, especially during times when school fees became a barrier to their education. Working with community members, he raised funds to ensure that all of his Grade 10 students could clear their dues and continue with their schooling, a pivotal decision that kept them on track for their academic futures. His commitment to supporting his students extended beyond the classroom, often involving visits to their homes to better understand their unique needs and provide tailored support.

His influence is evident in students like Nikhat Ansari, who grew into a natural leader and now works as a Program Associate for Enabling Leadership. Nikhat’s success embodies Prashant’s belief in the power of consistent guidance, and today, he applies this passion to broader educational initiatives. Now working with Tan90, Prashant focuses on setting up STEM labs and training teachers in under-resourced schools, reflecting his commitment to creating hands-on learning experiences that make science accessible and inspiring for all students.
