Namita’s fellowship experience was defined by her unwavering belief in her students' potential, even when external circumstances suggested otherwise. She frequently faced challenges that tested her resilience, especially when systemic inefficiencies impacted her students' learning opportunities. Choosing love over frustration, Namita focused on understanding each student’s unique needs, leading her to adopt creative teaching methods that allowed students to connect with the material on a deeper level.

One of Namita's students, who initially struggled with academics, blossomed under her guidance and went on to mentor younger children in the community. Witnessing such transformations reinforced Namita’s dedication to education and inspired her to become an advocate for inclusive teaching practices. Today, she is a strong proponent of child-centered learning, focusing on fostering creativity and emotional intelligence in her teaching methods.
