Ankit has always led with care and a desire to bring out the best in those around him. As a school leader, he worked closely with a fellow who was struggling, balancing accountability with compassion until she eventually grew into a lead teacher role. His innovative spirit also extended to the students, with whom he reimagined assemblies, established student-led circles, and piloted a blended learning approach, fostering a strong sense of community.

Among Ankit’s students are Khushboo, a once-shy girl now thriving at Avasara Academy, and Sakib, who initially struggled with academics but found his voice, by creating a YouTube channel and pursuing college studies. Ankit’s dedication to coaching and leadership has led him to conduct workshops for educators, sharing his methods for building strong, supportive learning environments that nurture each student’s unique potential.
