Saurabh’s dedication to education began with his role as a founding principal for a secondary school in Pune, where he worked to ensure access to quality education for underprivileged students. He built a community-driven environment, guiding students like Ruby Ram, who grew from a modest background to become a recognized artist, and Zaid Shaikh, who went on to pursue civil engineering despite numerous obstacles. 

Saurabh’s commitment extends to initiatives aimed at transforming educational systems in cities like Nagpur and Pimpri Chinchwad, where he collaborates with local governments for systemic change. His leadership philosophy—being a proof point, multiplier, and amplifier—reflects his belief that educators have the power to drive lasting impact through community and collaboration.
