Returning to the classroom after his fellowship wasn’t an easy decision for Anoop, as friends and family questioned his choice. But the love he felt for his students and the larger community gave him the courage to follow his heart. His student Abhijit, who became a coach despite overcoming a serious injury, inspired him to start a youth football league, where today hundreds of children participate and find purpose.
