Time Capsule Drawings

The first picture is a self portrait. The second picture is my pencil case and the last one in the corner of my room. This project relates to my life because everything I drew is something that is actually in my life.

I used paper and a pencil for all of them and I also used a mirror for my self portrait.

I started out these drawings by sketching them out which is how I usually start. Then I add more details as I go and make it more complex. For the self portrait, it took a little while for me to make the mask look like a mask and not that I just didn't finish the bottom of the face. It also took a while to get the angles right on the pencil case one and the door. The one that evolved the most I would say would be the pencil case one because I originally didn't have the shadows there then added them in later. If I were to work on these more I would add more details to all of them and add more shadows to the one of the corner of my room.
