Bottle Tuna

The main idea of this piece was to show how tuna are suffering from global warming and trash while incorperating physical trash

I used water color and colored pencil on mixed media paper. I also used half of a bottle and filled it with trash i found outside and netting I found in the classroom.

I sketched out the tuna first. Then i covered the backhground using blue and green water color. I sketched the shape of the bottle inside the fish so that after I colored it I would know relatively where to glue the bottle. After I glued the bottle i filled it with trash then quickly sketched some fish underneath the netting and glued that too.
