Artist Statement

I chose this piece from the Matrix to create because it looked fun and i like the way it turned out small so i thought it would turn out pretty good on a larger scale.

I made this on drawing paper using acrylic paints and painters tape around the outside to keep clean borders.

I was hoping when the bigger piece was finished it would look cool and almost trippy. I mostly just liked all the colors that I would get to use and the shape of the lines and how it shows movement. I think even if I didn't use this specific one I would've used one with color because they seem more fun.
