Scratch Board

In this piece I was representing me and Rosie's love of soccer. This is us on the field playing together in our first high school season. This picture can represent our passion for soccer and our friendship.

I made this using mainly 2 scratch board materials. I used the one with 6 prongs and the one with the red handle the most. And I obviously did this on scratch board paper.

I did experiment a little while finding the right picture for this project. I wanted a picture with detail and meaning behind it. I also had to play around with the black and white filters to find the right one that showed the highlights and shadows well in the picture. Another process I went through was deciding which tools to use for each texture in the picture.
