KNOWLES' ROLLS BAKERY

Twin brothers Oliver and Darcy Knowles needed a space to make and sell their baked goods. Situated in front of the Ovens River, the pizza oven-shaped bakery flows from the front entrance through to the bottom of their tiered outdoor seating areas, creating a comforting and nostalgic experience.

The Knowles twins sell four of their most popular cakes in box mixes allowing pleased customers to make the cakes themselves from the comfort of their own kitchen. The design is playful while eluding to the history of the family recipes.

The logo for 'Knowles' Rolls' is a recreation of a post stamp featuring a baby photo of the twins, engaging customers personally at first glance.
