FIONA WEBSTER - CONTEMPORARY ART EXHIBITION

Upcoming contemporary art exhibition to showcase rising artists and their projects created during the pandemic, located on Birrarung Marr, Melbourne, Victoria.

PRESENTATION 1

Environmental Design - Multipurpose pavilion/gallery space

Multipurpose built pavilion located on Birrarung Marr to serve as a gallery space for a contemporary art exhibition. Contains two separate spaces that function for display of entrants work, situated under one roof yet divided by a walkway down the centre. The Pavilion is able to serve as a gallery space that can also facilitate art forms like performances, and also be used for other purposes after the exhibition concludes.

Communication Design - Call for entries/exhibition promotional poster

Poster to promote contemporary art exhibition in reflection of the hardships experienced by many artists during 2020 and beyond. The exhibition title, ‘The Politics of Dreaming’, was to be conveyed through use of type and imagery, and further reflect the nature of the exhibit and its focus.
