PRESENTATION 1
Environmental Design - Architectural design of a produce store and eatery
The purpose of the produce store and eatery is to attract a variety of local and travelling customers. It must provide an indoor shelter space which is accessible for all people to purchase fresh produce and dine in the eatery. There will also need to be a segregated area for the raspberry produce and products being sold. Due to the location on the Mornington Peninsula it must easily attract people who pass by, this means that the building has to be bold and unusual. Due to the environment it needs to be organic and flow to create a seamless integration into the land.
PRESENTATION 2
Communication Design - Brand identity, Surface design and Packaging
The purpose of creating a new identity is to create a distinctive and memorable idea that impresses the love for sustainability and nature. It will need to distinguish a range of seasonal raspberry jams for the seasons of summer and winter. The Packages and surface design must advertise and inform their customers to recognize their brand but to also inform them about how the freshly grown products are utilised in them. The packaging should have a low environmental impact but must also be an organic and flexible design.
