Inspired by the Japanese 'kawaii' aesthetic, the client wanted to bring this to Melbourne, opening Bread and Bloom in Prahran to the alternative thinking residents.
PRESENTATION 1
To give the store a memorable presence, the branding including a logo and packaging was required. The client requested that it be reminiscent of the Japanese kawaii style and that the packaging protect the more delicate of the cakes sold.
PRESENTATION 2
A narrow site, wedged between two existing buildings, a building was required to sell both bread and flowers, with seating space. The environment would need to carry some fo the cuteness of the style while remaining practical.
