Intention

in my film I wanted to portray escapism through sleep and the presence of the inner fears and anxieties that riddle your brain. when considering my portrayal of dreaming i thought about it surreal like qualities where nothing quite makes sense yet is still largely impactful on the individuals emotions. With this i wanted to portray the dreams as chunks of distorted animation to adopt the surreal affect appearing nonsensical.
