There were a variety of commercials that came out to try to dissuade people from using file-sharing for piracy. One of the commercials was about that you wouldn't steal a car, so you shouldn't illegally download a song or a movie.

Ironically, with 3d printing, we can download designs and print them... and around 10 years ago, companies started playing with the idea of 3d printing cars... which resulted in a few new memes referencing the anti-piracy campaign from the early 00's.
